Utility pouch configuration

Converting from utility pouch configuration to canteen pouch configuration.
(Or back again)

Open the flap

Pull the "Y" harness out from under it's retainer strap.

Insert the flap into the pouch and engage the flap velcro with the velcro within the pouch.

Insert the canteen with, or without, the cup.
Pull the shock cord drawstring snug and secure with the cord clamp.
Secure the "Y" strap.
