Our Mini-14 Buttstock Magazine Pouch (BMP) holds 1 spare 5.56mm 20 round magazine on the offside of the buttstock. Secure, but readily accessible, this gives the shooter a spare magazine that's always with the weapon. A highly valuable feature of this BMP is that it is modular, completely ambidextrous and can be easily attached to the rear adapter of any of our Specter Gear Mini-14 tactical slings.

Removal of the rear sling swivel stud may be required in order to use this pouch.

We will not be offering a 30 rd. buttstock magazine pouch for the Mini-14. We have determined that the pouch extends so far forward that it adversely and dangerously interferes with the average shooters ability to obtain a proper firing grip on the weapon.

NOTE: This item is a stand alone unit and is supplied with a rear adapter in addition to the front strap. The intent of this particular BMP variant is for users who want to run a BMP without a sling. If you are purchasing a BMP to be used with a Specter Gear fixed stock 2 or 3 point Mini-14 tactical sling that you already own or are purchasing now, you either already have, or will be provided with, the proper rear adapter to interface with this BMP. So, we would suggest you purchase the # 910 BMP Kit, which is not supplied with a rear adapter instead of this one. This will save you money and you won't end up with an extra rear adapter you don't need.

Step 1
Back side of the pouch & your sling rear adapter.



Step 2
Open the cross strap retainer loop & insert your rear adapter cross strap.



Step 3
Close the cross strap retainer by securing the velcro.



Step 4
Bend the pouch back & secure your rear adapter as normal. Once secure bend the pouch back and open the front strap.



Step 5
Wrap the front strap around the stock and secure the Velcro.
